This is an old web left up as a courtesy, and as a test platform for a live production environment.

The form below ties into the sample database of a fairly complex automated newsletter mailing system which I've developed, and includes an admin site. When the form is submitted, it sends an email with the info to the web administrator - like me in this case. It also puts the data into a SQL database table. It then sends an autoresponse email saying 'Thanks for stopping by' to the user, and takes them to a confirmation page telling them what info they entered.

The admin site allows the owner to easily add new clients, edit or delete existing records, and send a newsletter directly from the server. The newsletter form only uses those addresses where the newsletter field is set to 'yes'. In other words, this is targeted mailing, not SPAM. It also loops through the records, sending out personalized mail, and is not a lumped list in BCC. This means the person's name and email address appear in the 'To' heading, and will not be rejected by any email filters. One of our clients sends out around 400-500/week using this same setup, and a number of others are using it to help their business.

So put an entry in the form below and then go to the admin site to see the results. I haven't put in a login - you can click HERE for the ADMIN sample site. There are about 10 days worth of 3 year old form responses to this web in the sample table. I've disabled the edit function (I don't want anyone to enable the email addresses listed because this is a live demo!), but the add and delete still work, so you can put your own info in. There is also a 'Restore' link to return the sample table to its' original state when you're done playing with it, or you may get spammed by the next guy.
